September 13, 2009 Jogging and Swimming

After a week of suffering from high blood pressure, I decided to exercise every morning just to work with my health condition. Take note that "health is our wealth". Everything is useless if you're dead already (he he he) and in my young age (hmm...) I don't like to lose my family... of course! I usually jog or do walking at the Palo Cathedral for weekdays in about 30 - 45 minutes every morning at around 4:00 AM to 5:00 AM. To make this a family affair, for Saturdays or Sundays, we decided to do it at Mac Arthur Park. This is the 2nd time we've done this and we really enjoy it. I work with my health condition that benifit my body a lot (he he he just look at some of my pictures above pang survivor series). Anyway, being fit is healthy! So for those who want to join me? Start your day with an exercise and don't be the BIGGEST LOSER!
