E - Poster Winner

This is the 3rd year of the Electronic Poster Making Contest in STEP and so far, we have done good records even in the national competitions. We are still hoping that this year, in the 9th STEP RSDC we can still be the champion. The preparations made were so tough, we have to make sure that the designs which will be used will be appealing to the viewers eyes, can get the attention of all and especially can interpret the meaning of whatever topic which will be raised.

Out of 10 divisions, only 5 divisions were represented during the contest. We got the 2nd Place, and what you see in the picture won the 1st Place. But this is the issue. The judges didn't know what ORIGINALITY means. That's why they favor for that design. As you can see, two pictures are being compared. The 1st on the left got 4th Place during the 8th STEP - NSDC at Camarines Sur while the other is the copycat of it.

This means that PKG controversy really attacks the STEP competitions.

This is just a personal opinion, I hope next time the coach will not allow his/her contestant to do the same thing. And I hope, they will use another design... NEW design.... to compete for the National Competition this February 2011.
